Medical Secretary

Responsibilities

- This position requires the on-call person be available to work Saturdays
- The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting all customers, register clients following all protocols, answer phone calls and transfer calls as needed to the appropriate staff
- The Receptionist will also receive, sort, and route all facility mail and provide administrative support to the facility administrator and other facility managers within the clinic

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary for this position
