- $65/hr base rate with bonus rates after 8 hours and 12 hours

## Responsibilities

- Accountable for the direct coordination and supervision of unit operations
- Serves as a role model and resource for patient care
- Provides leadership and promotes team-building among staff
- Facilitates communication between staff, physicians, management and all other customers
- Is responsible for effective implementation of policies, procedures and standards

## Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited school or nursing program.
- Oregon registered nurse license
- Minimum of one year of work experience in an acute care or hospital setting, not including clinical rotations
